All subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be granted only in limited circumstances such as technical errors or duplicate charges.

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and services purchased through Cresva.ai ("Cresva.ai", "we", "our", or "us").

Subscription Policy

Cresva.ai operates on a subscription basis. Because our services provide immediate access to software, insights, and integrations, all payments are generally non-refundable.

Important: Please ensure you review our service features and pricing before subscribing.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You'll retain access until the end of your paid period.

Refund

Refunds return payment for charges already made. These are only provided in limited circumstances as described in the "Refund Exceptions" section below.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited situations:

Duplicate payments caused by a technical error

Accidental multiple subscriptions for the same account

Service outage preventing access for extended period (verified by our status page)

Statutory rights required under applicable law (consumer protection laws)

Not eligible for refunds: Dissatisfaction with features, change of mind, lack of usage, or finding an alternative service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the above exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Required Information:

  • Order ID or transaction number

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Reason for refund request (which exception applies)

  • Proof of payment (if requested)

Once we receive your refund request with all required information:

Bank Processing
5-10 business days

Total time: Most approved refunds are completed within 10-15 business days from the date of your request.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
